Empire Building Ledger

Track every resource, claim eveyr territory

PlayLedger showing prooduction numbers, upgrade chains, and where you stand on the leaderboard for strategy games

Stop wasting gems on the wrong upgrades. Know the exact cost before you commit.

PlayLedger keeps track of production rates, what each upgrade costs, and how territories unlock. You're playing Clash of Clans, Kingdoms of Heckfire, State of Survival—the kind of games where there are dozens of upgrade paths, the meta changes constantly, and one bad move drops you down the rankings.

What matters is knowing your wood per hour, how much damage you're actually dealing, harvest speed boosts, and which territories you need to unlock certain units. You stop guessing. Resources don't disappear into nothing.

See the progress happen. Each level up is visible. Watch the optimization add up over time.

Your build strategy is now on record.

Close-up of resource ledger showing wood production rate 45/hour, gold accumulation 120/hour, and gem costs for tier 5 upgrades

Wood per hour, gem costs, attack power gains—jot down the specifics before you spend anything. No more guessing. Your data stays in one place, and you can compare there different builds side by side without forgetting what actually worked.

Track Territory Gates

Territory dependency map showing unit unlock sequences, with arrows indicating which land claims unlock elite troop types

Which territories unlock which troops? The meta shifts every season, so keep the unlock chain visible. You won't need to flip between three browser tabs trying to remember if advanced cavalry needs the North Field first.

Visualize Your Upgrades

Upgrade progreession tree with 48 visible levels, showing completed badges at 35%, 60%, and 85% milestones with achievement animations

Dozens of levels. Each one has a different price tag—time, gold, gems, or some mix that changes as you go deeper. Watch your progress build up visually. The badge pops, the bar fills, and the satisfaction hits exactly when the math said it should.

Own the Leaderboard Meta

Leaderboard snapshot showing top 50 players, their territory counts, build specializations marked by defensive or offensive focus indicators

Every season resets and rankings shake up. You'll start to see what works—which builds dominate, which territories get claimed first, when the window for optimization closes. Track the patterns and respond faster than everyone else.

Production Rate Tracking

Resource production interface showing wood 54/hour baseline with 2.3x multiplier active, gold 178/hour, gems accumulating with projected 14-day totals

Set your wood, gold, and gem rates per hour and watch them stack up. You'll know when a 2.5x harvest boost is worth spending gems on versus holding out for the next territory unlock. The math speaks for itself.

Territory Unlock Mapping

Territory dependency chart showing 26 claimed zones with visual connections displaying cavalry unlocks at zone 12, elite defense at zone 18, and archer advancement at zone 7

Figure out which zones unlock which units without guessing. Cavalry locked behind East Ridge? Archer upgrades gated by coastal control? Map it out so your expansion actually makes sense. Saves you from burning 30 territories on the wrong branch.

Upgrade Tree Documentation

Upgrade progression display showing 41 levels completed with attack power gain 21%, harvest speed increase 1.8x, next 4 levels mapped with resource costs and unlock thresholds

Over fifty levels spread across different branches. Write down which ones give you attack power, which unlock new unit types, what tier 38 costs in gems versus tier 42. Next season when things shift, you've got it documented.

Build Path Comparison

Build optimizer showing offense branch at 26% attack gain versus defense branch at 31% fortification strength over 16-day timeline with resource allocation differences

Put an offense build and a defense buils side by side. See which one gets you to rank 100 faster, which one keeps you standing through raids. The numbers shift each season, so tracking both playstyles matters.

Achievement & Badge Milestones

Achievement badge system showing 44 earned milestones with 71% progress toward next tier, visual progression bar, seasonal badge category breakdown, and unlock date history

Proof your grinding paid off. Earned a bunch of badges, dopamine hits ticking off, leaderboard badges tracked. Log them so you actually feel the momentum building.

Common Questions

Before You Start

PlayLedger is built for players who already know what Clash of Clans or State of Survival is. These are answers to what you're actually wondering.

Does this just duplicate what I can already see in-game?

+

Not really. In-game you're looking at your current numbers—what you're producing per hour, what upgrades cost, unit stats. PlayLedger is different because you can log data over time, compare totally different build paths side by side, and see what actually worked last season versus right now. You're basically building your own reference library instead of just checking what's on your screen today.

How much time does it take to actually use this?

+

Getting started takes somewhere around 10 to 15 minutes to document what you've got right now. After that you're looking at maybe 2 or 3 minutes a day if you're tracking resource milestones and logging when upgrades finish. Most people do this while they're already in the game waiting for timers anyway, so it doesn't feel like extra work—just organized.

Can I import data from Clash of Clans or other games directly?

+

Not at the moment. You'll need to screenshot or type in the numbers that matter—wood per hour, how many territories you control, what level your upgrades are, attack power percentage. And honestly, doing it yourself the first time means you actually notice the data instead of just scrolling past it without thinking.

What if the meta shifts mid-season and my build path becomes obsolete?

+

That's the whole reason you're logging this stuff. You'll have everything documented—what worked in July 2026, what didn't, which territories got claimed first, which ones nobody bothered with. Next season when the patch drops, you'll spot patterns way faster than someone just guessing from nothing.

Is this for casual players or only hardcore optimizers?

+

Honestly, this is for the hardcore crowd. If you're spending over half an hour every day on resource management and you care about leaderboard position or how efficient your territory control is, if you're already doing the math yourself, then having it all documented and shareable is perfect for you. Casual players probably won't get much out of it.

Can I see other players' builds and strategies?

+

We're planning community features but it's not there yet. Right now it's just your personal ledger. That said, being able to look at someone rank 8 on the leaderboard and see exactly how they structured their upgrade tree? That's the kind of meta insight that actually changes how you build. It's coming.

Stay ahead of meta shifts and see what top players are building.

PlayLedger drops optimization tips every couple weeks. You get territory unlock patterns from the leaderboard, resource benchmarks, and upgrade tree comparisons that actually matter. Takes about five minutes to read. You'll be adapting while everyone else is still catching up.
